Meter Lookups are a bolt-on service which works in conjunction with Lite CRM. If the option to complete Meter Lookups is not visible to you when setting up a new supply, first check with your administrator that you subscribe to this service. Should they confirm that you do, next request that your login within Admin > Users is configured to allow both Gas and Elec lookups.
