Pre-requisites: Not essential, but it might be worth organising all the leads that need changing, into a Campaign.
- Navigate to ‘Leads’ in the top menu bar
- Filter the leads that you wish to change e.g. by user, campaign, Lead status etc
- Click the tickbox next to all the leads that will have their lead/account manager changed
- Click ‘Actions’
- Choose whether you want to change the Lead or Account Manager
- Click the dropdown box and find the new Lead or Account Manager
- Click ‘Save’
