Why is my date in the USA format?

Date formats are set by your web browser rather than UtilityClick. To make sure that your dates are formatted correctly, you first need to:

  1. Find your browser settings.
    In Google Chrome, the settings can be found by clicking the 3 horizontal dots on the far right hand side of the url bar
  2. Click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘Languages’ on the side menu
  4. Under the tab ‘Websites in your languages’, make sure that the only language is ‘English (United Kingdom)’
    Any other ‘English’ setting will output your dates with USA formatting
