Why can’t I see certain activities on the customer portal?

If you haven’t yet done so, read our guides on Setting up a Portal User, Creating a New Activity and How to Make Activities Visible on the Customer Portal

Read on if you’re still not seeing activities

  1. Is the user logged in to the portal, a child? If so, you need to slightly alter how you have set up your Activity.
  2. Click ‘Edit’ on the Activity you would like to show to the user
  3. In the ‘Assigned To’ dropdown click the child user
