Why can I not see all modules in my Customer Portal?

Visible modules within the Customer Portal can be configured from Admin > Consumer Portal Styles. If a module is unchecked on this list, it will no longer appear in the portals of your customers.

Some modules have additional limitations to visibility such as:

  • Tasks: The Tasks menu will only appear when an Activity marked as “Visible to Customer” is created for that Customer within the Partner CRM.
