Go to Leads > filter your leads to return only the leads you wish to re-assign > click the tickboxes on the left hand side of the page to choose the leads to re-assign > click the blue button labelled ‘Actions’ > Choose Assign Lead Generator or Assign Account Manager depending on what you wish to achieve > Choose a new user from the dropdown > Click Save
