Under MHHS, you don’t physically “upgrade” a meter from Non-Half Hourly (NHH) to Half-Hourly (HH). Instead, MHHS re-categorises meters into Advanced, Smart, or UMS (Unmetered Supply) segments, and those categories determine whether a meter is settled half-hourly.
In future, we plan to add a new MHHS Market Segment field alongside the existing MHHS – Migration Complete flag to make settlement status clear. We’ll time this update with the first live migrations so it reflects how the process works in practice.
