The Contract Signatory tickbox within the Customer setup page, identifies a Child Company that is part of a parent-child relationship but responsible for their own contracts.
If the box is unticked then the contract is signed at Parent level and the children will use the parent’s LOA for tenders.
If the box is ticked and the customer is in a parent-child Tender then the parent is NOT responsible for signing contracts for those sites, and the system will add a signatory LOA into tender e-mails.
