How do I change a customer to a lead?

  1. Navigate to ‘Customers’ in the top menu bar
  2. Enter the Customer name into the ‘Name’ field and click search
  3. Within the results click ‘Select Action’ next to the customer you wish to convert to a Lead
  4. Click ‘Convert to Lead’
