Understanding the usage breakdown report

  1. The Usage Breakdown report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
  2. The report allows the Customer to see a breakdown of consumption across their portfolio.
  3. Data is presented by default at global (portfolio) level, but can be refined by Site, Meter or Date using the filters at the top of the report.
  4. The report includes high-level analysis of data including Max Demand and Weekday vs Weekend Consumption patterns.
