Adding a Carbon Report

Carbon Reporting is a paid feature, if you would like to switch this feature on please contact support@utilityclick.com

  1. Search for the Customer you wish to add carbon data for
  2. Click their name in the ‘Customer’ column
  3. Click ‘Carbon Reporting’ on the left hand side menu – here you can see and edit any previous entries for carbon data
  4. Click ‘Add Carbon Report’
  5. Choose the report month and year from the top of the page, and then fill in any of the details that you currently hold
  6. Click ‘Save’
  7. You can now see these results on the customer portal for this customer
  8. Navigate to the portal login page and enter your login details. If you’re unsure how to set up a portal user, read our guide Customer Portal Overview > Setting up a Portal User
  9. Click ‘Carbon’ on the left hand side menu
  10. Here you can see a breakdown of all the data you just entered from last month to this month and this time last year to this year to see how habits have changed and where improvements can be made
