Understanding the target comparison report

  1. The Target Comparison report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
  2. The Dashboard shows the customer how their portfolio has performed against financial and consumption-based targets over the chosen period.
  3. The report is viewable globally (inclusive of all sites and meters) by default, but can be refined to show individual sites, meter points or date ranges using the filters at the top of the page.
  4. There are separate graphs for utility and cost/usage
