Efficiency Reports: Profile Report

- The Profile report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
- The Profile Report takes the HH data for the Site/Meter(s) selected, and compares the usage from the current year to the equivalent period of the previous year.
- This allows the User to understand changes in consumption patterns over time.
- On the chart, the blue columns show consumption for the current year, with the orange line showing the equivalent period for the preceding year.
- This gives a clear visual, allowing the user to monitor the effectiveness of any energy saving schemes, as well as identify any unexpected spikes in consumption
