Understanding the operating hours report

  1. The Operating Hours report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
  2. The purpose of this report, is to provide visibility of how consumption levels differ within/outside of Site opening hours (as set against the site in the Partner CRM). This may then in turn be used to aid energy efficiency measures outside of site hours.
  3. To use this report, select a Meter and Month from the dropdown provided. For additional granularity, you may also select a specific week if required.
  4. The two charts at the top of the page, show visual representions of consumption against the meter for the period as kWh and % values.
  5. The tables below, show daily breakdowns of open/closed hours consumption as well as indications of potential OOH Waste (energy used out of hours which exceeds the baseline for this period), and cost indicators for this waste.
