- The Demand Analysis report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
- The Demand Analysis report provides the user with an understanding of how their sites have performed in terms of demand relative to Agreed Capacity.
- The report can be used to review agreed capacity vs average, as well as the maximum and minimum values achieved during the selected period.
- The heatmap chart provides a visual representation of kva performance by half hourly increment across the selected period.
