Learn how to add a new site, meter and contract to an existing Lead manually.

- Open your Lead and select ‘Sites’ within the treeview on the left
- Select ‘Add Site’
- Add a Site Name (this is a unique code for the site in question).
- Update the address manually by filling out the boxes or start typing it in the address search box.
- Once the address is updated, if you don’t have meter details simply click ‘save’ and you’re done.
- If you do have the meter details, click ‘save & add meter’.
- If adding a meter, update the utility and other mandatory information including annual Tender consumption.
- Once the meter details are added, click save.
- A button at the top of the screen now appears called ‘Quick Add Contract’. If you have the current contract information then click this button.
- Add the Supplier, end date and rates and then click save.
