1. BILL VAL Dashboards can be found within the Dashboards section of UtilityClick and contain information as outlined below.
2. BILL VAL – Billing Breakdown: A summary of all billing lines entered into Bill Validation. Here, you can see details including read types, notes logged against invoice lines and pass/fail outcomes per line.
3. BILL VAL – Stats: A summary overview of all bills entered into Bill Validation. Here, you can see information such as batch count by date, pass/fail ratios and invoice breakdown by Supplier/Customer.
4. BILL VAL – Charges Breakdown: This report provided full billing details for each line, including Supplier, Invoice Number, and all charge types included on uploaded bills.
5. BILL VAL – Billing Status Report: The billing status report within dashboards allows you to see the status of all bill validation meters, whether they have or have not been billed appropriately for the month in question.
6. BILL VAL – Monthly Cost & Usage Report: This report is a handy Dashboard allowing you to see month by month invoice volume versus financial value data. Visual charts also allow you to track cost and usage over a period.
7. All reports can be customised using filters such as Date, Supplier, Customer and Utility in order to obtain the required reporting information.
