Creating a New Lead
Learn how to add a new lead in the CRM

- To create a new lead hover over the ‘Lead’ tab on the main toolbar and click ‘+ New Lead.’
- In the modular pop-up screen, enter the Lead Name, followed by all mandatory fields (those marked with a red asterisk).
- Any non-mandatory fields may also be completed if desired.
- Click save at the bottom of the screen to save all of the information you’ve entered. Congratulations, you’ve created a lead.
