- Occasionally, data imports may fail.
- This may be due to a number of reasons including (but not limited to): missing mandatory fields, invalid data input or the use of an outdated template version.
- Failed imports are flagged in red in the Status column of the import table, with further information regarding the failure reason found in the Details column.
- Using the Actions dropdown against the relevant import row, you can i) Download the original file, ii) Download a list of errors within the file which have caused the import to fail and iii) Download a list of file rows which do not contain errors.
- Data contained within imports or uploads marked as Failed will not be reflected in the system.
- In order to complete the import or update, all fail reasons must be addressed, and a new file uploaded.
