  1. Occasionally, data imports may fail.
  2. This may be due to a number of reasons including (but not limited to): missing mandatory fields, invalid data input or the use of an outdated template version.
  3. Failed imports are flagged in red in the Status column of the import table, with further information regarding the failure reason found in the Details column.
  4. Using the Actions dropdown against the relevant import row, you can i) Download the original file, ii) Download a list of errors within the file which have caused the import to fail and iii) Download a list of file rows which do not contain errors.
  5. Data contained within imports or uploads marked as Failed will not be reflected in the system.
  6. In order to complete the import or update, all fail reasons must be addressed, and a new file uploaded.
