Learn how to add a new lead in the CRM

  1. To create a new lead hover over the ‘Lead’ tab on the main toolbar and click ‘+ New Lead.’
  2. In the modular pop-up screen, enter the Lead Name, followed by all mandatory fields (those marked with a red asterisk).
  3. Any non-mandatory fields may also be completed if desired.
  4. Click save at the bottom of the screen to save all of the information you’ve entered. Congratulations, you’ve created a lead.
