Navigating And Searching Within Activities

Learn how to navigate through and search activities for your team.

  1. Open the activities tab along the top navigation bar.
  2. This will initially show you all overdue activities for your company.
  3. On the right-hand side, the initial view will default to ‘All Teams’ you can change the drop-downs to show ‘my team’ just to see activities for your own team or any other team set-up.
  4. Also next to this, it will automatically default to ‘All Users’ within the team selected but you can filter this to ‘Me’ for your own activities only or to a different individual.
  5. Along the top of the activities table the activities are divided by priority for your convenience. Overdue, activities due today, activities due this week, all outstanding activities, completed then all.
  6. To narrow down the activities further you can also use the advanced search to search for a specific customer, contact, meter or site and can also select various drop downs for other information within the activity such as the type of task, for example, you could view all of your tasks related to ‘call’ if you were focussing your time on callbacks.
