Learn how to share attachments with the customer
Attachments can be shared with the customer via Portal Reports, here’s how
- Go to Customers and search for the customer you want to share an attachment with, click the Customer name
- Click Portal Reports on the left hand side menu
- Click ‘+ Add Report’
- Fill in the form with all the information that you want the customer to see
- Upload the attachment
- Make sure that “Visible to Customer” is ticked
- Click ‘Save’
- You will now be able to see this attachment under “News” in the Customer Portal
