How to make Activities visible to the Customer

Learn how to share attachments with the customer

Attachments can be shared with the customer via Portal Reports, here’s how

  1. Go to Customers and search for the customer you want to share an attachment with, click the Customer name
  2. Click Portal Reports on the left hand side menu
  3. Click ‘+ Add Report’
  4. Fill in the form with all the information that you want the customer to see
  5. Upload the attachment
  6. Make sure that “Visible to Customer” is ticked
  7. Click ‘Save’
  8. You will now be able to see this attachment under “News” in the Customer Portal
