Gather Data

Quickly gather useful information about your new Customer using our handy ‘gather data’ area within the customer.

Review the video together with the steps outlined below, then use the button provided to continue to the next topic.

  1. Open your customer and select ‘Gather data’ within the treeview on the left
  2. This can be a useful way of gathering information on a call or during a meeting. When saved, this information will both be visible in gather data, but also in the Snapshot area.
