Adding A New Site And Meter Using Our Meter Lookups

Learn how to add a new site and meter to an existing Customer using the Meter Lookup.

1. Open your customer and select ‘Sites’ within the treeview on the left
2. There should be an option called ‘Lookup Site/Meter’ which will look up against ECOES and XOSERVE. If you don’t have this, get your head honchos to put in a request so we can get it enabled!
3. Add either the postcode, Meter Serial Number, MPAN/MPRN and either ‘find electricity’ or ‘find gas’ based on which fuel you’re adding.
4. Select the result from the dropdown below (if searching by postcode, be sure to select the correct result).
5. Select Lookup
6. Results of the lookup will now show if successful including address, meter details, Supplier and agent details.
7. To add and save these to the system select ‘add’ next to the areas you want to add from top to bottom.
8. As you add these a pop-up will confirm that the information has been added successfully.
9. Once you’ve added everything you wanted to, click Close at the bottom of the screen.
