Using The Lead Search
Learn how to search for existing leads

- Go to the ‘Leads’ tab along the top of the screen. There are a few ways to search for your lead.
- If you know the lead name you can search for this in full or partially in the ‘Name’ box.
- You can also use the advanced search box to search by other information associated with the lead such as; meter number, Meter Serial Number, Site name, postcode, contact name, contact number, email and custom reference.
- To narrow down multiple results, you can filter by Customer type, LOA status, Referral partner, Team and Account Manager.
- If the customer you were expecting to find doesn’t return, be sure to check the other tabs, the All tab is particularly helpful.
