Understanding site metrics and opening times

Learn how to update the site metrics and access information for your meters

  1. It is now possible to record opening times and site metrics for your meters. If you do not see the features as outlined below, please contact UtilityClick to request activation.
  2. Open your customer and select ‘Meters’ within the treeview on the left
  3. Click on the Meter Number you wish to update opening times/ metrics for or click ‘Go’ on the right under actions and select ‘edit’.
  4. For Opening Times, navigate to the ‘Opening Times’ tab on the top-right of the Meter sub-screen.
  5. You will see each of of the week listed – select ‘Go’ against any of these and populate the Opening Time and Closing time fields onto the modular pop-up. Press save to complete.
  6. Alternatively, you can use the Site Updates template to update these details.
  7. For Site Metrics, navigate to the ‘Site Metrics’ tab on the top-right of the Meter sub-screen.
  8. Using the ‘Go’ menu, select ‘Edit’ to update values for Floor Area, No. Staff or No. Rooms.
  9. Alternatively, you can use the Site Updates template to update these details.
