  1. Go to the Customer and open ‘Meters’
  2. Find the relevant meter, click into it and select the ‘Usage’ tab
  3. Click on ‘+Add Usage’
  4. Enter the total usage for the period you are forecasting against
  5. Enter the start and end period for the forecast period you want to generate
  6. Click Save
  7. The figures will update to create a forecast based on the last accepted set of rates within the system
