Learn how to create a forecast
Review the video together with the steps outlined below, then use the button provided to continue to the next topic.
- Go to the Customer and open ‘Meters’
- Find the relevant meter, click into it and select the ‘Usage’ tab
- Click on ‘+Add Usage’
- Enter the total usage for the period you are forecasting against
- Enter the start and end period for the forecast period you want to generate
- Click Save
- The figures will update to create a forecast based on the last accepted set of rates within the system
