# Why can’t I see the usual tender tools?

The reason why you are missing the usual options within the quotes screen, is because when adding a new contract or Tender you have selected to [Create an Already Secured Contract](/courses/bespoke-procurement/lessons/creating-an-already-secured-contract/topic/bespoke-price-management/) rather than a 'New Tender' or a 'Quick Bespoke Tender'.

An 'Already Secured Contract' requires no amending and is a simple way to store the contract against the meter for reference of its duration and rates.

Here is how an 'Already Secured Contract' will appear on the quotes screen
