Portal Reports: Consumption Alarms

- The Consumption Alarms report is available to those using the Efficiency module within PRO CRM and can be enabled at either Global (via Admin > Portal Reports) or Local (via Customer/Lead > Portal Reports) from within the Partner CRM.
- In order to check that you have both consumption data and targets loaded against a meter for a given period, find the meter in the system and click on the ‘data’ button. You will then be able to review the Actual and Target tabs to ensure that data is present.
- The report itself can be found within the Customer Portal in the Efficiency section, and compares the consumption data loaded into the system for half hourly/AMR meters, against the corresponding targets which have been loaded in.
- The report can be searched by Site, Meter and Date and contains both a chart and a table detailing consumption performance relative to targets.
- On the chart, if consumption has exceeded the target for any given period, the bar will exceed the target line and will display as red. If consumption has not exceeded the target line, the bar will remain green.
- The table details all alarms hit for the selected period and shows both Site and Meter details which can be used for any further investigation or notification purposes.
