Learn how to add multiple leads in the CRM

- Navigate to Admin > Data Imports
- Choose ‘Leads’ in the ‘Import Type’ dropdown box
- Click Template, this will download a csv file to your Downloads folder
Important! ALWAYS download a fresh template before trying to import any data
- Open up the file you just downloaded
- Below is a list of the fields that are required to successfully import:
Lead Name
Registered Address (if unknown you may enter TBC)
Postcode (if unknown use AB1 1AB)
Lead Generator
Account Manager
Add Contact? (Yes/No)
If you answer ‘Yes‘ to ‘Add Contact?’ you must also enter:
First Name
Last Name
Contact Active (True/False)
Platform User (True/False)
- When you’re happy with your data, save your file
- Go back to Admin > Data Imports
- Choose ‘Leads’ in the ‘Import Type’ dropdown box
- Click Upload
- Locate your file on your computer and click Save
